Overview
Begin gently with a boat safari on Lake Naivasha, exploring it’s rich fauna, with a safari walk on the crescent island, then on to a game drive in the world famous Maasai Mara, where you can easily spot the big game including the “Big Five” – Elephant, Buffalo, Rhinoceros, Leopard and Lion, among others like giraffes, warthogs, antelopes, etc, to finish with a guided trek in Loita Hills, where we walk with the Maasai and the donkeys, learning their culture, visiting their villages and enjoying breathtaking scenery!
Overview
Start gently with a refteshing boat ride in the famous Lake Naivasha in the Rift valley where you can view fresh water birds, hippopotamus and wild game on the island, then on to a game drive that immerses you into wild game including but not limited to Elephants, Giraffes, buffaloes, lions, cheetah, leopard, antelopes… then finish with a 5day trek in the Loita hills, with its tropical lush forests which are home to elephants, buffaloes, zebras, antelopes, monkeys and THE MAASAI PEOPLE. Walk with the Maasai guides, donkeys carrying the luggage and you pass the maasai land and visit their homes for a rich culture immersion and friendly welcome.

Arrive early in the morning and drive into the Great Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha, arriving for lunch. Boat ride on the lake, where you get a chance to view several fresh water birds and families of hippopotamuses, then you are dropped off to the Crescent Island for a relaxing walk of tranquility with zebras, giraffes, waterbucks, wilderbeeestes impalas etc often interrupted with Fish eagles’ cry and other birds

Leave after Breakfast and drive to Maaasai Mara National park, arriving for lunch. Afternoon game drive which exposes you to great wild game including but not limited to Elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, leopard, cheetah, lots of antelopes, and ruch birdlife.

Maasai Mara, one of the most famous National reserve in the world sits on 1510 Square kilometres of savanah grasslands, dotted with acacia trees and bushes, intersected by several rivers with riverine forests, surrounded with hills and escarpments giving its visitors a world of vast beautiful sceneries in which freely roams Elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, giraffes and the big cats including the elusive Leopard, not forgetting it’s rich birdlife. It is home to the “Big Five”. Navigating these wild ecosystems, spotting wild game is truly a magical experience. This rich Reserve borders with the Serengeti National park in Tanzania and is host to the annual migration of the wilderbeestes, whereby each year between mid-July and mid-October, an estimated 2million wilderbeestes and zebras cross the Mara river is a dangerous stampede escaping the ferocious crocodiles that crowd this rever. This spectacle has earned Maasai Mara the status of the 7th Wonder of the Modern World. It is proven that this is the park that hosts the most lions in the world.

Leave early with packed lunch for a game drive in Maasai Mara, then on to Loita Hills arriving in the late afternoon for dinner and camp.

Leave early and enjoy the sunrise and you descend in the rift valley with beautiful views on Lake Magadi and Lake Natron, to meet down with the vehicles for transfer to Nairobi arriving in the evening. Lunch enroute.
